Stefanie Layton is the Managing Partner of Layton Investor Relations, LLC. Her experience and reputation as a highly valued strategic advisor have been earned by delivering consistently successful outcomes over nearly two decades. Layton is exceptionally skilled at curating messaging that resonates with the target audience and helping companies build meaningful relationships founded upon trust and respect within the investor community.     

 

Her experience spans large cap companies with decades of operating history to newly public micro-cap companies. She has experience across a variety of industries, including regulated utilities, real estate and retail.

Layton earned her Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law (cum laude) and her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arizona (magna cum laude, with honors). Prior to her career in investor relations, she practiced as a corporate securities attorney with the firm Snell & Wilmer, where she represented public companies in both debt and equity transactions, corporate governance and SEC reporting and compliance.  

 

Layton is actively involved in her community and currently serves on the Board of Fresh Start Women’s Foundation. Previously, Layton served on the Southwest Human Development, Ballet Arizona, Community Legal Services, Volunteer Lawyers Program, and University of Arizona Alumni Association boards. She is passionate about serving the community and supporting programs that educate the next generation.
